Put hummus into serving bowls, add olive oil and cumin seeds. Serve as a spread for baked goods or meals.

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus additional time for cooking chickpeas.
Ingredients:
• 2 cans of chickpeas or 17 oz. cooked chickpeas
• 3 tbsp. of sesame spread (tahini)
• 3 pinches of ground cumin seeds
• 4-5 tbsp. olive oil
• half glass of cold water
• 5 tbsp. lemon juice
• half a bunch of cilantro
• 3 garlic cloves
• salt to taste
Preparation:
Put into a mixing bowl: chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped garlic, add half of the water. Blend to a creamy purée. If the mixture is too thick, add more water until creamy. Add salt to taste, and blend.
Put finished hummus into serving bowls, add olive oil and cumin seeds. Serve as a spread for baked goods or meals.
