Procedure
Dry the turkey breasts, remove excess membranes and cut into medallions.
Put the sour cream into a bowl, add salt, pepper, half the amount of oil and stir. Then add the rosemary and thyme — do not chop these up, leave them uncut. Carefully stir into the sour cream and allow it to rest for half an hour. After this time has elapsed, put the prepared meat into the marinade.
Leave it to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. After 2 hours, take the meat out and clean off the marinade. Grill the meat on hot oil in a pan at 356°F, on each side for 3 minutes.
Cooking techniques
- You may use chicken instead of the turkey, no other meat is suitable for this marinade.
- You can use any other favorite herbs instead of the thyme and rosemary.
- You may use Greek-style white yogurt instead of the sour cream.
