Procedure
Wash and dry the potatoes. Place them on a baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 356°F until soft. Baking time is 40 minutes, depending on the performance of the oven.
After baking, cool the potatoes. Once cool, cut in half lengthwise. Slightly salt and pepper the potatoes and stir carefully. Put the mayonnaise into a bowl, add coarsely grated cheese, coarsely cut green part of the spring onion and crushed garlic, combine. Add this mixture to the potatoes and stir in gently.
Cooking techniques
- Do not use large potatoes, they lack flavor.
- When in season, normal garlic can be substituted with wild garlic.
- You can substitute cheese with blue mold with cheese with green mold.
- Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven.
