Ginger cookies
Ingredients:
• 1½ cups plain flour
• ½ cup of powdered sugar
• 7 tbsp. butter
• 1/3 oz. gingerbread spice mix
• 2-3 tbsp. of honey
• ½ tbsp. cinnamon
• ½ tbsp. cinnamon
• 1 egg yolk
Put all ingredients together with the yolk and chop with a knife. Crease the dough, wrap it in cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll the dough. Roll to the desired thickness. Cut the dough with molds or cookie cutters. Put on a baking sheet placed on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F.
